Since June 20, 2024, VIAGE has been proud to hold the Certificate of Excellence awarded by the City of Brussels, presented by Mayor Philippe Close and the Board of Aldermen. This prestigious recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to top-quality hospitality, through our collaboration with the Clefs d’Or Belgium association and our active support for local commerce and Brussels’ cultural life. It confirms VIAGE’s role as a key player in the city’s vibrant and welcoming spirit.
This Certification means that VIAGE actively endeavours to create a safe and responsible gaming environment. We are the first Belgian casino to obtain the Certificate of Alignement within the Responsible Gambling Framework of the European Casino Association. We do this by taking concrete measures in several areas.
Our staff are the first point of contact and play a crucial role in our responsible gaming policy. That is why all staff, including those who do not come into direct contact with players, received thorough training on responsible gaming and risk signals. In addition, our Responsible Gaming team is always available to talk and offer support where necessary.
At VIAGE, we believe a place of entertainment only makes sense when it also stands behind people and the causes that matter. Partnering with Think Pink is a natural step, helping to strengthen the fight against breast cancer and to give more power to the women and families facing it.
From October through December 2025, we mobilized our employees, customers and visitors for the fight against breast cancer. On February 18th 2026, we proudly presented the results of our collective effort to Think Pink spokeswoman Tiffany Bulteau with a check of 15.693 euros.

In collaboration with Study Spaces, VIAGE opens the doors of its theatre space to students seeking a quiet, comfortable, and distraction-free place to study in the heart of the city. Usually reserved for shows and events, our venue transforms during the day into a study-friendly environment — a creative way to support the Brussels student community and make new use of our infrastructure.
VIAGE is proud to team up with TADA – an organization dedicated to education and social inclusion – for the 20 km of Brussels. This partnership supports underprivileged youth by offering them opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive. By combining sport, solidarity, and social impact, we turn this major event into a powerful driver for positive change.
