VIAGE is home to over thirty nationalities. As such, our organisation accurately reflects the variety that characterises the various Brussels communities. Inclusivity is integral to diversity and VIAGE is setting a new standard.

VIAGE is the first casino worldwide to receive the Queer Destinations Committed label. Far from a symbolic gesture, this label anchors a concrete commitment to provide a safe, inclusive and warm welcome for the LGBTQIA+ community. We are not just positioning ourselves as an establishment for entertainment but also as a safe and hospitable environment for all, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.

That is the message that VIAGE, in a partnership with Queer Destinations and visit.brussels, wants to share. The Queer Destinations label is an international quality label that recognises companies that proactively strive for diversity and inclusion. Through an intensive programme, including the Hospitality Meets Diversity training, the entire team gained insight into the needs, sensitivities and expectations of LGBTQIA+ visitors. From the reception staff to the bar teams, everyone has been trained to provide every visitor with a safe, warm and respectful experience.

The certification was achieved in collaboration with visit.brussels and the Brussels-Capital Region, who are assuming a pioneering role in making Brussels' tourism sector more queer-friendly. Through awareness and training, tourism partners, from hotels to cultural institutions, are encouraged to make their services more inclusive. VIAGE is proud to contribute to building a city where respect, equality and hospitality are at the heart of everything.

The granting of this label took place at a symbolic moment: just before Brussels Pride 2025, which is taking place this week. The Pride March on Saturday 17 May has been officially recognised this year as intangible cultural heritage of the Brussels-Capital Region. The theme for this edition is: Unite, time to protect our rights. In a time when fundamental rights are under threat worldwide, this is a call for unity and solidarity.

With this label, VIAGE demonstrates its connection to a growing segment of international travellers. Queer individuals represent an increasingly important part of the global tourism market. This audience consciously chooses destinations and businesses where they feel safe and welcome. By supporting pioneers like VIAGE, the Brussels-Capital Region reaffirms its ambition to make Brussels a model city in terms of diversity and inclusion.
